BASSalicious is a dedicated monophonic synth bass plugin that places a strong emphasis on sound quality. The synthesis and filters have been meticulously customized, reflecting our unique approach and musical perspective. The development of BASSalicious stemmed from a clear musical necessity. We strive to address musical needs through our plugins, catering to a diverse range of genres. Noticing a gap in the market for synth bass libraries catering specifically to urban music and classic synth bass sounds, we aimed to create a solution that would deliver a pure and authentic sonic experience.

Unlike many existing synth bass libraries which often focus on dubstep and wobble bass sounds, BASSalicious stands out by offering a rich palette of waveforms without compromising on fidelity. By employing a distinctive method that minimizes aliasing while preserving the full bandwidth of wavetables, we've ensured that the essence of each sound remains intact. Our unconventional approach prioritizes sonic excellence above all else, ensuring that the technology serves the musical intent: "If it sounds good, then it is good."

Furthermore, we integrated an analog-modeled filter based on real circuit designs, meticulously capturing the nuances of electronic components to create an organic and warm sonic character. This analog-inspired approach results in a synth bass plugin that transcends the typical digital wavetable sound, resonating authentically within urban music genres. Each element within BASSalicious possesses a unique sonic identity and contributes to its overall richness and depth, culminating in a truly individualized musical tool.

IAP:

The first oscillator is available for free, providing users with access to all synth functions. Subsequently, upon purchase, access to the remaining 3 oscillators alongside 63 premium custom synth bass presets is granted.

AudioUnit Plugin:

In addition to its core features, BASSalicious supports the new AudioUnit standard, enabling seamless integration within your preferred iOS DAW as an integral part of the sequencing process. Presets created within the app or plugin are seamlessly shared across platforms.

The recommended iPad models for optimal performance are the iPad 4th generation and newer (excluding the iPad 3).
